We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Buyer Responsibility: All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

• Condition of Items: Returned items must be in their original, undamaged condition. Any item that has been damaged, altered, or shows signs of wear will not be accepted for return.

• Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Returns must be shipped back within 5 days of receiving your return authorization.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund the same day. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Exclusions: Custom orders, clearance items, and any other products marked as non-returnable are not eligible for returns.

Please make sure to securely package the items to avoid any damage during return shipping. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned item does not meet the above conditions.
