Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 4 business days after payment is confirmed.
Shipping Methods: We offer worldwide shipping via registered mail, which includes tracking to ensure your package arrives safely.
Shipping Times: Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Please refer to your tracking information for detailed updates.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package.

Returns: We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Items must be returned in their original, undamaged condition. Any item that has been damaged, altered, or shows signs of wear will not be accepted for return.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us within 3days of receiving your order. Returns must be shipped back within 5 days of receiving your return authorization.
Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders, clearance items, and any other products marked as non-returnable are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
